The Mind Map project was one of the first projects we did in the class. The point of it was to help us know our way around adobe illustrator. It was also a project that aloud us to express ourselves creatively, and so - me being a creative writer and artist on the side - I was eager to dive into the project.
Once I drew the map and it was scanned to the computer I jump into the job in front of me. I was ecstatic. I planned out exactly how I wanted this project to describe me and went to work; choosing colors that either related to the topic or stood out the way I wanted them to.
The project not only increased my ability to use Adobe Illustrator correctly, but helped me to become comfortable in both the class and with who I am. That's the truth. It also helped me to enjoy the class more. As someone who does not like using computers, my comfort in computer learning.
