2. What do you expect out of a university? What do you imagine your college experience to be like?
I expect the university to be able to teach me what I want, after all I'm goin g there to learn, to achieve what I want to become, what I set my mind to. Although there probably will be "social gatherings", I don't want that to be all there is. I want to be able to just stay in my dorm with my equally hard working room mates (I hope equally hard working if not more) and study for a test. It sounds dumb, but I actually enjoy working, especially when I know it's going towards something I want to do.
3. Of these three campuses, which school appeals to you the most? Why? How does it align to your imaginings of what college is like? Given the research that you have done, are you on track to get into this college? Why or why not?
Honestly, these campuses don't really appeal to me. But if I HAD to choose I would probably go with UC Irvine. I don't know why, I guess it just stood out more than the others, I really want to go to a more intense and higher ranking college like Stanford. I'm honeslty not sure if it aligns with my imaginings of what college is like. I do believe I am on track to get into college, because if my SAT's keep rising the way they are each year then by the time I get to applying for college, I'll definitely be high enough to get it. Plus I (although not always the best) do push myself to the best of my abilities and always try the best way - not the easiest, and not the for sure hardest, but the BEST.
4. Of these three campuses, which school appeals to you the least? Why?
UC Los Angeles. It's not that it's unappealing, it's just that, I fear going to Los Angeles. I know it's rather an un-intelligent excuse, but the truth is I've heard and read thing about how Los Angeles is - although a big city - a rather unsafe city.
